Should I choose concrete or clay tiles?
Both give a long life. Clay holds its colour and suits older or conservation-area homes; concrete is more economical and offers more profiles. We explain which suits your property and budget after looking at the roof.
Can you match my existing tiles?
We source tiles to match the profile, size and colour as closely as we can, including reclaimed stock for older properties. An exact match is not always possible, and we explain the nearest suitable option.
How long does a tiled roof last?
A well-laid concrete or clay roof commonly lasts for decades. Getting the underlay, battens and fixings right is what gets it there, which is why we set those details out in your quotation.
Can you re-tile just one elevation?
Often, yes. Where only one slope has failed we can renew that section and blend it in, rather than replacing the whole roof. We explain when that offers good value.
Who arranges the scaffolding?
We do. Safe access is planned as part of the job and set out in the written quotation, so there is nothing for you to organise separately.
