Can you re-cover without replacing the whole roof?
If the deck below is sound and dry, yes. Where the timber has softened it is usually better value to renew the deck at the same time, and we explain which applies.
Which covering is best for a garage?
Felt is the most affordable, EPDM rubber gives a long life with no mid-roof seams, and GRP is the toughest if the roof is walked on. We recommend the right one for your garage.
How long does a garage roof take?
Most are done in a day or two, depending on the size and whether the decking needs work. We clear away the old covering when we finish.
It only leaks in one spot, do I need the whole roof done?
Not always. If the covering is otherwise sound we can repair it, but where the falls are wrong or the covering is failing across the roof, re-covering offers better value.
Do you give a fixed price?
