A modern felt roof laid in layers and well detailed typically gives many years of service. It is the most affordable of the flat-roof systems, and we set out the expected life in your quotation.
Can you repair my existing felt roof?
Often, if the problem is localised. Where the felt has widely blistered or the falls are wrong, re-covering usually offers better value. We explain which applies after an inspection.
Does a felt roof need much upkeep?
Very little. An occasional check of the edges and outlets is usually enough, and we point out anything worth keeping an eye on when we finish.
Can you re-felt a garage or outbuilding?
Yes. Garage and outbuilding roofs suit a modern felt system well, and we correct the falls at the same time if water has been pooling.
